Title- Supplier Quality Manager

Basic Function:

The Supplier Quality Manager will help develop, implement, and operate the supplier quality program supporting SB Energy’s data center portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Quality, this role will establish and manage quality controls for owner-furnished/contractor-installed (OFCI) and other critical supplier-provided equipment from supplier qualification and design review through production, factory testing, shipment, site receipt, installation, startup, and final turnover.

The Supplier Quality Manager will work closely with equipment suppliers, OEMs, engineering, procurement, project teams, third-party inspectors, general contractors, commissioning teams, site quality personnel, and operations to confirm that supplier-provided equipment meets SB Energy’s technical requirements, approved specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

This role will support the broader SB Energy Quality Program by developing standardized supplier quality procedures, supplier requirements, inspection and test plans, factory audit processes, reporting tools, performance metrics, and corrective action workflows that can be consistently deployed across data center projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supplier Quality Program Development and Governance

  • Partner with the Director of Quality to develop, launch, operate, and continuously improve the supplier quality component of the SB Energy Quality Program.
  • Establish program standards, specifications, procedures, workflows, templates, checklists, approval criteria, roles, and stage gates for critical supplier-provided equipment.
  • Develop risk-based quality requirements and oversight plans based on equipment criticality, technical complexity, supplier capability, project schedule, and prior performance.
  • Integrate supplier quality requirements with engineering, procurement, project quality plans, construction, commissioning, operations, and turnover processes.
  • Support development of quality language for equipment specifications, contracts, purchase orders, scopes of work, supplier data requirements, and third-party inspection services.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of approved supplier quality standards, forms, inspection records, and lessons learned in company-approved systems and tools.
  • Drive standardization across projects while allowing documented, risk-based adjustments for project-specific requirements.

Supplier Qualification and Quality Planning

  • Lead or coordinate supplier due diligence, qualification audits, capability assessments, and periodic performance reviews.
  • Assess supplier quality management systems, organization, technical capability, production capacity, process controls, sub-tier supplier management, material traceability, calibration, document control, nonconformance management, and corrective action processes.
  • Support procurement and engineering teams during sourcing, prequalification, bid evaluation, supplier selection, and award recommendations.
  • Develop supplier risk ratings and define the appropriate level of surveillance, audit, inspection, and testing for each equipment package.
  • Review supplier quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), production schedules, factory acceptance test (FAT) procedures, inspection checklists, and required quality submittals.
  • Establish clear hold points, witness points, review points, release criteria, documentation requirements, and notification periods before production begins.
  • Confirm that quality requirements are flowed down to critical sub-tier suppliers and incorporated into supplier production and testing plans.

Supplier Oversight, Factory Inspection, and Testing

  • Plan and manage supplier audits, in-process production surveillance, source inspections, factory acceptance testing, bench testing, controls testing, final inspections, and shipment release reviews.
  • Perform inspections directly and coordinate qualified third-party inspectors, testing agencies, and subject matter experts when specialized coverage is required.
  • Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, submittals, bills of material, production procedures, inspection criteria, test procedures, and applicable codes and standards.
  • Evaluate materials, critical dimensions, workmanship, assembly, labeling, configuration, cleanliness, preservation, packaging, test results, and readiness for shipment.
  • Confirm that inspection and test instruments are appropriate, calibrated, traceable, and within their required calibration periods.
  • Monitor supplier production progress and quality risks against project milestones, identify potential schedule or reliability impacts, and escalate significant concerns promptly.
  • Recommend shipment release only after required inspections, tests, documentation, and corrective actions are complete or formally addressed through an approved exception.
  • Ensure findings and action items from factory visits, inspections, and tests are clearly documented, assigned, tracked, and verified before closure.
  • Provide oversight for critical electrical, mechanical, controls, and modular or prefabricated systems, including equipment such as transformers, switchgear, busway, generators, UPS and battery systems, cooling equipment, pumps, electrical and mechanical skids, BMS/EPMS panels, and packaged control systems, as applicable.

Nonconformance, Corrective Action, and Supplier Performance

  • Manage supplier nonconformance reports, deviations, concessions, repair or replacement proposals, and requests for waiver in coordination with engineering and project stakeholders.
  • Require timely containment, correction, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action for significant or recurring supplier quality issues.
  • Apply structured problem-solving methods, including 8D and root cause analysis, when issue severity or recurrence warrants formal investigation.
  • Verify that corrective actions address the underlying cause, are fully implemented, and are effective before final closure.
  • Track recurring defects, systemic supplier issues, late documentation, failed tests, shipping damage, and other trends across projects and equipment categories.
  • Develop and maintain supplier quality scorecards that support sourcing decisions, performance reviews, escalation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support warranty claims, supplier recovery efforts, replacement planning, and field corrective actions when supplier defects affect project execution or asset performance.

Project Integration, Logistics, and Handover

  • Coordinate closely with project quality managers, engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, commissioning, site operations, and general contractors to align supplier quality activities with project needs.
  • Establish supplier data, inspection, testing, and turnover documentation requirements early enough to support construction and commissioning schedules.
  • Support shipment readiness, packaging, preservation, transportation planning, site receipt inspections, and resolution of shipping damage, missing components, or preservation concerns.
  • Ensure required supplier quality and production records are complete and accessible, including audit reports, inspection reports, FAT results, material certifications, calibration records, approved deviations, nonconformance closures, as-built documents, warranties, and asset data.
  • Support site installation, startup, commissioning, and turnover teams in resolving supplier-related quality issues and coordinating supplier response.
  • Confirm that supplier quality records are linked to the applicable equipment and retained in the owner-approved document and asset management platform.
  • Capture project and supplier lessons learned and incorporate them into future specifications, checklists, sourcing decisions, and quality plans.

Metrics, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and monitor supplier quality key performance indicators, including supplier audit findings, first-pass FAT results, nonconformance aging, corrective action closure, recurring defects, documentation completeness, shipping damage, and on-time release performance.
  • Prepare clear reports and dashboards for the Director of Quality and other stakeholders, highlighting performance, risks, overdue actions, emerging trends, and required decisions.
  • Analyze supplier and equipment performance across projects to identify systemic risks and opportunities for standardization or preventive action.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that reduce defects, improve first-time quality, strengthen supplier accountability, and protect project schedule and reliability.
  • Share supplier quality performance and lessons learned with project teams, leadership, procurement, engineering, commissioning, and operations.

Stakeholder, Third-Party, and Team Leadership

  • Serve as the primary supplier quality interface for OEMs, suppliers, engineering firms, procurement, project teams, commissioning teams, and third-party inspection providers.
  • Manage the scope, performance, scheduling, deliverables, and quality of third-party inspectors, testing agencies, and consultants supporting supplier quality oversight.
  • Communicate complex technical and quality issues clearly, provide practical recommendations, and escalate critical or gating risks to the Director of Quality and project leadership.
  • Influence cross-functional teams and external partners without relying solely on direct authority, while maintaining accountability for agreed quality requirements and actions.
  • Develop training, guidance, and coaching for project quality personnel and other stakeholders participating in supplier audits, factory visits, inspections, and equipment acceptance.
  • Support development of future supplier quality resources and organizational capability as the data center portfolio grows.

We sell data to frontier labs and robotics companies: zero to seven figures of ARR in under six months, with a team of five. It is a two-sided marketplace: labs arrive with a research problem and a budget, not a specification; contributors and partner businesses capture the work they already do, paid per approved unit. This job is the supply side.

We are hiring a Supply Lead and are looking for operators who are AI-native: more time with agents than with people, automation before hiring, systems that scale rather than teams that grow. That is how a team this small outruns much bigger companies. You need to be someone who can be dropped into an unfamiliar market and come back with capacity that is real.

What you’ll do

  • Build a portfolio of partner businesses — whose staff capture the work they already do on shift — across the environments buyers want: event venues, retail back-of-house, construction, agriculture, hotels, warehousing. Each is won in a real conversation

  • Grow the contributor base alongside it and open new geographies, keeping supply owned and multi-channel so no single partner or geography is a dependency.

  • Own the geo rate card — what an approved unit costs by market and project type — so engagements are priced and staffed against something defensible

  • Own capacity forecasting — whether we can deliver a given volume in a given environment in a given number of weeks — which a Program Lead commits against.

  • Own contributor experience and retention: onboarding, payments landing on time, support, and why people stop.

  • Partner with the platform team on the tooling that makes supply self-serve

A typical day

There is no standard one, but a real day might run like this: you start on the partner businesses already live — chasing the ones gone quiet, calling the two that signed last month and have not filmed. Contributor payments in one market did not land, so you find where it stopped and clear it. A Program Lead needs to know whether we can cover four weeks of warehouse capture in a new country, and you give them a number you would stand behind. Then a first conversation with a food manufacturer about putting their team on shift and collecting data.

What we’re looking for

  • Early-stage marketplace operating experience — required. You have got one side of a flywheel turning from a standing start, in a new territory or a new vertical — recruitment, pricing, retention and economics. Every new market here is that problem again

  • AI-native — required. You spend more time with agents than with people, you automate a process before you staff it, and your answer to more volume is a better system rather than more headcount

  • You have operated, not only advised. Former founders, high growth early stage startup hires, consulting, or business operations background is a strong plus and exactly the rigour we want

  • You close business yourself: partner businesses are won in conversation

  • Numerate — you build the model, find where the cost per unit breaks, and argue for the change

  • Credible with a company owner and with a shift supervisor alike

  • Bonus: exposure to AI labs or training data pipelines

Operations Supply Chain Manager, Customization at OLIPOP

Manages supply chain operations, negotiates and oversees contracts with manufacturers and packaging vendors for a functional beverage company.

What this role involves

ABOUT OLIPOP

At OLIPOP, we’re on a mission to positively impact consumer health at scale. And we’re doing it through something simple: soda. But not just any soda, a new kind of soda: one that’s delicious, refreshing, and actually good for you.

This mission is deeply personal for our CEO, Co-Founder, and Formulator, Ben Goodwin. Like many of us, Ben grew up consuming the Standard American Diet: lots of soda and processed foods that prioritized convenience over nutrition. But at 14, he took his health into his own hands. After making significant changes to his nutrition and exercise, he lost 50 pounds and saw a transformation in his energy, mood, and emotional clarity.

Those changes sparked a deep curiosity about the connection between nutrition and health. Ben became a relentless student of the gut microbiome and the ways it supports overall wellness. The more he discovered, the more passionate he became about finding credible, science-backed ways to make consumer health accessible to everyone.

The mission was clear. The vehicle? Less so. After exploring the possibilities, Ben landed on an unexpected yet familiar choice: soda. It was something he loved as a kid, and he knew millions shared that same nostalgia. But this wouldn’t be just any soda. With most Americans falling short on daily fiber, Ben set out to create a version with more fiber and less sugar, one that was perfectly balanced. The result? A deliciously refreshing soda with 6 to 9 grams of fiber and 2 to 5 grams of sugar, delivering science-backed benefits without sacrificing the classic taste people crave.

In 2018, the first OLIPOP cans hit the shelves, bringing Ben’s vision to life with a functional soda that anyone could enjoy. And by reimagining soda, we’re also reshaping culture. That means creating products that support health for all and building a business grounded in humanistic values: empathy, integrity, and a belief in better for everyone. From the ingredients we source to the culture we foster, we’re committed to proving that business (and beverage!) can be a force for good, and that soda has the power to bring people together.

So join us, and let’s write a new American soda story together. One we can all feel good about. One OLIPOP at a time.

OLIPOP is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Manager, Customization to report to the Director of Contract Manufacturing. This role will support contract negotiations and management with manufacturers and packaging vendors, oversee supply chain operations, resolve operational issues, support innovation planning and product launches, and lead business performance reviews to drive process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contract & Relationship Management: Support the negotiation, execution, and management of contracts with third-party manufacturers, ensuring alignment with OLIPOP’s strategic goals.
  • Supply Chain Oversight: Manage the end-to-end supply chain for contract partners, resolving issues across production, quality, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead weekly performance reviews, use data to identify gaps, drive improvements, and track KPIs such as order fulfillment and quality.
  • Innovation Support: Coordinate planning, execution, and launch activities for new products with contract manufacturers and packaging partners.
  • Problem Solving: Use proven methods to resolve complex operational challenges with partners.

Typical Qualifications & Skills

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-10 years in supply chain operations, preferably in consumer-packaged goods (CPG). Beverage preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Industry knowledge and familiarity with the various beverage systems is a plus.
  • May require significant travel (e.g., up to 50%)
  • Project Management and change management skill development needed.
  • Proven experience in a highly collaborative and fast-paced business environment.
  • Dynamic problem solver who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and addressing issues on the fly.
  • Transparent, open communicator who is also a great listener and can read between the lines.
  • Deadline oriented with the ability to develop timelines, organize assignments, set priorities, and carry out plans.
  • Strong attention to detail, hard work ethic, ability to work well with others and highly organized.
  • Ability to be a collaborative team member in a dynamic growth environment.
  • Understanding of Google platforms, Salesforce, and other leading industry CRM tools.
  • Ability to work across departments
  • Experience in implementing AI and automation tools.
  • Six Sigma Lean Preferred.

Reports to: Director, Contract Manufacturing

Compensation: Base $105k-$120k plus bonus

HOW WE WORK

We may be fully remote, but we’re anything but disconnected. OLIPOP has grown from a few passionate people around a table to a nationwide team, and we’ve done it without losing our collaborative spirit or sense of purpose.

Connection here is intentional. From cross-functional projects and IRL offsites to thoughtful Slack threads and spontaneous gifs, we make the effort to stay close, even across time zones. Sure, we move quickly, but we lead with trust, transparency, and a shared commitment to doing work that matters.

We value thoughtful debate. We give feedback with care and receive it with curiosity, knowing that real growth, both personal and collective, comes from listening as much as leading. Because at OLIPOP, it’s not just about getting things done. It’s about growing together, staying true to what matters, and building something with lasting impact.

WHAT WE VALUE

At OLIPOP, our values aren’t just posters on a wall. They shape how we show up: for each other, for our customers, and for the mission we’re chasing together.

  • Mission Connectivity: Everything we do ladders up to our shared goal: supporting human health. Whether launching a new flavor or conducting clinical research, the mission stays front and center.
  • Indomitable Spirit: When things get messy, we get inventive. We stay curious, adapt quickly, and find the path forward, most likely with a dedicated Slack thread and a beautifully overbuilt deck.
  • Lead at Every Level: Leadership isn’t about titles, it’s about ownership. We speak up, follow through, and lift each other up. If you’ve got ideas and initiative, you’ve got influence.
  • Courageous Humility: We’re confident in what we bring and curious about what we don’t know (yet). We give feedback with care, take it with grace, and know that real growth takes both.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Success at OLIPOP doesn’t come from checking boxes; it comes from living our values, staying curious, and finding energy in both the pace and the purpose. We’re building something big, and we’re looking for people who:

  • Think big, move fast, and take thoughtful risks
  • Thrive in a high-performance, feedback-rich environment
  • Value real human connection and honest collaboration
  • Are fired up by building something new, and making it better every day

Startup life at OLIPOP is equally fun and fast-paced. If you’re energized by a dynamic environment, eager to grow, and excited to help shape something meaningful from the inside out, OLIPOP is a one-of-a-kind ride.

We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities or other needs during the application process and employment. To request an accommodation, please contact The People Team at recruiting@drinkolipop.com.

We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.  OLIPOP will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, religion, gender (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law.

Operations Supply Chain Manager, Customization at OLIPOP

  • Supply Chain Oversight: Manage the end-to-end supply chain for contract partners, resolving issues across production, quality, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead weekly performance reviews, use data to identify gaps, drive improvements, and track KPIs such as order fulfillment and quality.
  • Innovation Support: Coordinate planning, execution, and launch activities for new products with contract manufacturers and packaging partners.
  • Problem Solving: Use proven methods to resolve complex operational challenges with partners.

Typical Qualifications & Skills

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-10 years in supply chain operations, preferably in consumer-packaged goods (CPG). Beverage preferred.

Submission of Application Materials

Applicants are required to submit only the materials specifically requested as part of the application process. Please do not include any unsolicited materials, as they will not be reviewed or considered.

Unsolicited materials may include, but are not limited to:

  • Marketing or promotional concepts
  • Business ideas or strategies

By submitting any materials beyond those explicitly requested, you agree that:

Operations Domestic Traffic Analyst at Kitsch

Manages domestic freight logistics, carrier coordination, and shipment tracking to maintain on-time delivery and cost targets across wholesale and DTC channels.

Mid Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Kitsch

Kitsch is a certified female and minority-owned global beauty brand. Our products reach 32,000+ retailers in 92 countries. We make everyday essentials that make you feel exceptional.

The Role

We’re hiring a Domestic Traffic Analyst to keep our US shipments moving on time and on budget. You’ll coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and 3PLs every day. Your job is to catch problems before they happen, not after. This is a new role, created because our shipment volume grew faster than one person could handle alone. You’ll own carriers, deliveries, and system updates. A teammate will own palletization and load planning, and you’ll work closely together.

What You’ll Do

  • Keep on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery at 92% or higher across wholesale and DTC shipments.
  • Manage domestic freight and logistics costs so they stay at or below 5% of COGS.
  • Respond to any carrier, forwarder, warehouse, or 3PL issue within 24 hours.
  • Arrange carriers and deliveries, and keep our systems updated with real-time shipment status.
  • Spot at-risk shipments early — capacity issues, customs holds, warehouse backlogs, weather — so people can act before a delivery is missed.
  • Handle trade compliance paperwork (Incoterms, customs documents) for shipments with international touchpoints.
  • Choose the best shipping mode — air, rail, or truck — based on cost, time, and risk.
  • Keep our TMS and ERP (NetSuite) data accurate so other teams can trust it.
  • Work closely with our palletization and rerouting teammate so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Help protect our OTIF standing with retail partners like Walmart and Target.

What You Bring

  • Strong knowledge of global logistics: Incoterms, international documentation, and customs rules.
  • Experience coordinating air, rail, and truck shipments.
  • Great communication skills — you respond fast, even across time zones.
  • Comfort working in TMS (transportation management) tools.
  • ERP experience, ideally with NetSuite.
  • The ability to juggle many shipments at once without dropping the ball.
  • Comfort using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
  • A proactive mindset — you flag problems early and bring solutions, not just alerts.
  • A hands-on attitude — you’re willing to call a driver, chase a document, or fix a system gap yourself when needed.

Location: Remote — Mexico

Operations Demand Planner OOS/OS Specialist (LATAM) at Kitsch

Monitors inventory and demand signals across DTC, wholesale, and Amazon channels to prevent stockouts and overstock, flagging risks with recommended solutions.

Mid Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Kitsch

Kitsch is a certified female and minority-owned global beauty brand. Our products are in more than 32,000 retailers across 92 countries. We make everyday essentials that make you feel exceptional.

The Role

We’re looking for a Demand Planner OOS/OS Specialist to help us stop stockouts and overstock before they happen. You’ll watch inventory across our DTC, Wholesale, and Amazon channels, catch risk early, and bring solutions — not just warnings.

Work Type: Remote

Location: Latam

What You’ll Do

  • Track sell-through and inventory across DTC, Wholesale (Target, Ulta, Walmart), and Amazon to catch stockout risk before it hits the shelf.
  • Spot SKUs heading toward excess inventory before they become aging stock or a markdown problem.
  • Build and keep a live risk register so the team always knows where the next issue might show up.
  • Flag risks with a recommended fix — a reallocation, a rush order, a promo — not just an alert.
  • Treat Amazon as a top-priority channel, not an afterthought.
  • Keep your trackers (including Asana) clean and current so nobody downstream works off stale data.
  • Look for smarter, faster ways to catch risk early, including AI-assisted tools.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or a related supply chain role.
  • A track record of spotting problems early and bringing a solution with you.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working across multiple planning systems.
  • Clear, confident communication with teams outside of planning — warehouse, production, sales.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with retailer portals like Target Partners Online, Ulta vendor portal, Walmart Retail Link, or Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Comfort using AI tools to spot patterns faster.

Operations Market Place Manager at ABC Legal Services

Manages Southwest regional marketplace operations, balances supply and demand, recruits process servers, and drives KPI achievement across Arizona and Texas markets.

Mid Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About ABC:

ABC Legal Service is proud to be the national leader in filing service of legal documents. We are growing and are looking for talented new team members to support our growth and solve exciting challenges! We are a team of 1100+ with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, Tampa, Chicago, Washington DC, and more. Seattle is our home and headquarters. We’ve been successful in this unique business for over 40 years and we continue to advance our technology and business processes to remain years ahead of what our competition is able to offer.

Job Overview:

You own our major Southwest markets end-to-end, with our highest priority focus in Arizona and Texas. That means knowing where supply and demand are out of balance before a scorecard tells you, carrying the relationships with our highest-volume servers yourself, and being accountable for the region hitting its KPIs.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll collaborate with centralized Process Server Network teams to implement on the ground. You drive real change in your market and feed learnings back so what works in the Southwest can scale across the network. You’ll also work closely with Compliance when improvements touch evidence chain or court delivery, and with Support & Experience teams on network-facing communications and support tooling.

This is a builder role. You’ll be writing the playbook and executing it in real time.  This position is remote but must be located in Arizona, Texas, or Las Vegas.

What You’ll Own

  • Supply and demand balance across SW regions to identify coverage gaps, recruit new process servers, manage dispatch strategies, and increase server capacity in AZ and TX as the priority markets

  • Relationships with the region’s highest-volume servers as the face of ABC Legal in-market, not a name on an email

  • Root cause analysis when something’s off, to clearly define the problem and provide recommended next steps, not just a flag

  • Incident response for your region when something breaks in-market (an app outage, dispatch bottlenecks, a weather disruption), you’re the point of contact translating what’s happening on the ground into real-time guidance for the network and for leadership

  • Execution of marketplace pilots includes running tests in market, tracking what’s actually happening on the ground, and reporting back with speed and honesty

  • Regional incentive spend within your allocated budget, in partnership with the Sr. Director on structure and guardrails; you flag when a program is running hot before finance does

  • Regional SLO attainment by tier, coverage gap closure, and market health reporting

  • Feeding structured learnings back so incentive programs, dispatch rules, and pay mechanics can be refined and scaled to other markets

What We’re Looking For

You’ve owned a local market for a, gig, delivery, or field service business. What matters most is that you’ve actually balanced supply and demand by combining in-market observations with data, coached someone to higher performance in a frontline or contract role, and are willing to experiment, iterate, and quickly scale the best learnings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience owning a local market, territory, or region in a marketplace, gig, or field operations environment

  • Comfort balancing supply and demand with real data, combined with on-the-ground judgment; you can look at a dispatch or SLO dashboard and immediately know what to ask next

  • At least one direct report you can speak to specifically, not just that you had headcount, but how you coached them

  • Desire to be on the ground in the market; this is not a remote strategy seat

  • Ability to distill what you’re seeing in-market into crisp, actionable feedback that a strategy team can actually use to iterate

  • Can communicate market health clearly enough that leadership doesn’t have to chase you for it; written updates, not just verbal color, when it matters

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Has run structured pilots or tests with clear hypotheses and handed back learnings that scaled

  • SQL or dashboard fluency (Metabase, Looker, Claude Code); wants the data rather than waiting for a report

  • Comfortable working in Jira or a similar tracker to scope and follow pilots through to completion, and in a platform like Intercom for network-facing communication

  • Experience building in ambiguous environments where the playbook didn’t exist yet

  • Has managed someone in a contract or hourly role and understands how that coaching differs

We know that a company’s success starts with its employees. We also know that an individual’s success starts with the right career opportunity. Join our team today!

  • Health, Dental, Vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • Paid time off
  • 7 Paid company holidays
  • 4 Floating holidays per-year
  • Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance
  • Long Term Disability
  • Health Care Reimbursement Flexible Spending Account
  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
  • EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
  • Pet Insurance

Pay: $60,000–$80,000, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Travel: ~20%

This position is remote but must be located in Arizona, Texas, or Las Vegas.
